Who we are

Equity Release Explained is a family run business, therefore we treat every client as if they were a member of our own family. Retirement triggers a number of life decisions, such as deciding how to live on a reduced income and how to ensure that your beneficiaries are provided for in the future.

Equity Release Explained was setup by James Sudworth who is an equity release and estate planning specialist, to help others make the most of their retirement years. James lives with his partner and two children, therefore knows how much financial security means to people and is passionate about improving the lives of those around him.

We are based in beautiful North Wales. We cover both Mid & North Wales, as well as England.

“From the moment I was introduced to James I knew I was in safe hands. I didn't have the easiest property to receive equity on as it had commercial property underneath. But James would not give up and this week I received my Equity Lump Sum and have already ordered new leather 3 piece suite and treated myself to iPhone 10. All thanks to James. Can't recommend him enough..”
